All room rates include a Breakfast Buffet with a Cooked to Order Omelet station catered
by the Continental Cafe. The breakfast is served in our Fairfield Meeting Room daily from 6:30 a.m.
until 9:30 a.m

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for the Canoa Ranch Golf Resort is 24 hours prior to arrival. All reservations cancelled
less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent of one night’s room and tax

Non-Smoking – The Canoa Ranch Golf Resort is a Smoke-free property.

Pet Policy – There will be a charge of $25 plus tax per night for each pet staying in your room. Guests are
required to read and sign the hotel pet policy upon arrival. If at any time this policy is violated guests may be
asked to make alternate arrangements for pets.
